Cancellation Policy (Direct Bookings Only)

General conditions: This policy applies only to bookings made directly with us. To cancel or modify a booking, contact us directly by email or through Kevin House’s official channels.
Free cancellation: Full refund with no penalty if canceled up to 10 days before the arrival date (check-in).
Late cancellation: If cancellation is made within 10 days of arrival, a 50% refund of the total amount will apply.
No-Show: In case of no-show on the arrival date without prior notice, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

Information about the Tourist Tax

In compliance with current regulations of the Generalitat de Catalunya on tourist homes (VUT), all stays are subject to the Tax on Stays in Tourist Establishments (IEET).

Applicable only to people over 16 years of age
Maximum of 7 nights per person

This amount is not included in the total price and may be charged at check-in or managed through the booking platform.
