To cancel or modify a booking, contact us directly by email or through Kevin House&#8217;s official channels. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Free cancellation:<\/strong> Full refund with no penalty if canceled <strong>up to 10 days before<\/strong> the arrival date (check-in).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Late cancellation:<\/strong> If cancellation is made <strong>within 10 days<\/strong> of arrival, a <strong>50%<\/strong> refund of the total amount will apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No-Show:<\/strong> In case of no-show on the arrival date without prior notice, <strong>100%<\/strong> of the booking amount will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information about the Tourist Tax<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In compliance with current regulations of the Generalitat de Catalunya on tourist homes (VUT), all stays are subject to the Tax on Stays in Tourist Establishments (IEET).<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applicable only to people over 16 years of age<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum of 7 nights per person<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This amount is not included in the total price and may be charged at check-in or managed through the booking platform.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regulations<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Villa regulations must be followed during your stay.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Website owner: Kevin House, Serra Brava, Lloret de MarContact email: kevinhouselloretdemar@gmail.com The purpose of this website is to provide information about the Kevin House tourist accommodation and to manage short-term stay bookings.
