Accommodation Rules – Kevin House, Serra Brava (Lloret de Mar)

Welcome to Kevin House. To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all guests, please follow these basic rules of coexistence:

🔑 General

  • Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM.
  • Accommodation of more people than indicated in the reservation is not allowed.
  • It is strictly forbidden to hold parties or other group events on the premises.
  • Please respect the rest of neighbors and other guests between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Guests should minimize noise from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • The main access door must be kept closed at all times for security.
  • Smoking, vaping, and using electronic cigarettes are not allowed inside the accommodation. Only outside and on the balconies.

🧼 Cleaning and maintenance

  • Please leave the rooms tidy at the end of your stay.
  • Any damage must be reported to the host immediately.
  • Rearranging the furniture is not allowed.
  • Please turn off the air conditioning when not in use and when leaving the room.
  • Please keep the towels and bedding in good condition.

Bed Linen and Towels

The accommodation includes bed linen and towels according to the reserved stay.
Please make responsible use of all textiles and keep them in good condition during your stay.
They should not be used as rags, to clean stains, or for purposes that may damage them.
All equipment must remain in the unit at the end of the stay.
Any missing, damaged, or excessively dirty items that cannot be cleaned may be deducted from the deposit.

🏊 Common areas (pool, garden, and barbecue)

  • The pool is shared between all units. There is no lifeguard: children must be supervised at all times.
  • Recommended pool usage hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • The use of glass is not allowed in the pool area for safety reasons.
  • The barbecue must be left clean after use.
  • The garden is a common space, please use it with respect for other guests.

🅿️ Parking

  • When booking stay A, the penthouse on the top floor, or the entire villa, there is a remote control to open the exterior doors to park inside. Parking is allowed in the designated area. Please do not block entrances or other parking spaces.

🐶 Pets

  • Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement if the entire villa is rented. Specific conditions may apply depending on the unit or number of guests.
  • Pets may not use the pool, sofas, seats, or beds in the villa.

Catalonia Tourist Tax

In accordance with current regulations of the Generalitat de Catalunya, all stays in tourist homes are subject to the payment of the Tax on Stays in Tourist Establishments (IEET).

At Kevin House, this tax is applied as follows:

  • Amount: €1.10 per person per night (€1.00 + 10% VAT)
  • Applicable only to those over 16 years of age
  • Maximum of 7 nights per person

This amount is not included in the price of the accommodation and must be paid separately upon arrival or together with the payment of the reservation, depending on the booking channel used.
